Great Lakes Tuff-Rider 2-Wheel Heavy-Duty Scooter.  Heavy-Duty industrial ball bearings are dirt resistant to ensure long life.  The unique polyurethane, puncture-proof tire provides young riders with a smooth ride.  The Tuff-Rider has a handle bar height of 33" and has an Anti-Skid platform surface.  The handles provide good gripping by using TPE Rubber.  This Tuff-Rider weighs 19 lbs and is recommended for use by children up to 100 lbs.
