Great Lakes Tuff-Rider Chopper is made of Heavy-Gauge steel.  Heavy-Duty industrial ball bearings are dirt resistant to ensure long life.  The Unique polyurethane, puncture-proof tire provides young riders with a smooth ride.  The Chopper has a handle bar height of 27", and a seat height of 9".  The handles provide good gripping by using TPE Rubber.  This Chopper weighs 21 lbs and is recommended for us by children Ages 3 and up or up to 100 lbs.
